SUKAYM RW-100N is a microbial-based product can deal with the wastewater

River water treatment  SUKAZYM RW-100 N

SUKAZYM RW-100 N is a  water treatment product which is microbial-based product containing a highly concentrated blend of non-pathogenic autotrophic beneficial organisms and multi-enzyme producing microorganisms that utilize various carbohydrates and active digestive enzymes to degrade the organic matter present in anaerobic river water. The product also contains enzymes of high activities that aid in the digestion of complex materials in the sludge and subsequent conversion into molecules that can be utilized by different microorganisms for metabolism.

SUKAZYM RW-100 N contains facultative micro-organisms with specific biodegradative abilities which are able to grow and degrade organic substances under aerobic as well as anaerobic conditions. The strain incorporated in SUKAZYM RW-100 N can utilize carbon dioxide as a carbon source, making this product especially useful in systems where the carbon source has been exhausted and where denitrification process is most desired. Under stable temperature, the product can rapidly degrade the organic materials in industrial, municipal and agricultural wastewater.

UNAEROBIC DIGESTION PROCESS

Anaerobic biodegradation is a multi-step process performed by different microbial groups. The digestion process begins with hydrolysis of the input materials (ex. , proteins and fats) to make them available for other bacteria. then convert the and into carbon dioxide, , , and . Acetogenic bacteria then convert these resulting organic acids into , butyric and propionic acids in addition to ammonia, hydrogen, and carbon dioxide. In the terminal stage of anaerobic digestion, methanogens utilize the intermediate products of the preceding stages and convert them into methane, carbon dioxide and water.

TARGET MECHANISM

Facultative micro-organisms and bio-enzymes with specific biodegradative abilities are able to grow and degrade organic substances under aerobic as well as anaerobic conditions. The enhanced conversion of nitrate to N2 and eventual release to the water will reduce the build-up of ammonia in the sludge and water system. In a coupled oxidation reaction, inorganic sulfur compound (H2S) is converted to SO4- during the denitrification process resulting to a reduction in the odor of the sludge and water. During the decomposition of organic matter in the sludge, the volume of the sludge is reduced while suspended degradation products are rapidly decomposed.

BENEFITS

Eliminates hydrogen sulfide gas, and its accompanying odors, and health hazards.Converts suspended particles and accumulated waste and soluble organics in the pond bottom to carbon dioxide, nitrogen and oxygen gases, water and sulfates.Breaks down proteins, starches, fats and food-based oils, xylans and cellulose.Reduces TSs, COD and BOD.Reduces nitrate and ammonia efficiently.Eliminates inhibitory effects of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) on nitrification. Can utilize wide range of carbon sources.Produces less sludge than alternative methods. Non-toxic, non-corrosive. Safer to handle than chemical oxidizers. Environmentally friendly, all-natural process.

BENEFICIAL MICROOGANISM + BIOENZYMES

The biological process of wastewater treatment uses beneficial microorganisms and higher plant life to decompose organic matter in wastewater itself and sewage.

Supplementation of the inherent microbial populations with high concentrations of selected, adapted, cultured and improved microbial strains with better survival ability, faster increase in bacterial population, high enzyme production will enhance the decomposition of organic matter.

The survival of the added microorganisms and the rate of organic matter decomposition are enhanced by the addition of digestive enzymes that convert part of the complex organic matter in to simple sugars for instant use by the added cultures.

Effective combination of beneficial microorganisms and bioenzymes will result to a reduction in COD, BOD and TSs levels, improved water clarity and reduction in odor.
